The new system is terrific, Stephen....I recognized immediately , how right, was the suggestion that pouring money into repairs of an older system, with the idea of squeezing as much use out of it, as possible, was the utmost in foolishness. I had been spending upwards of 200 dollars a year for maintenance on a system that provided questionable cooling. Vent temperature that I measured almost daily never was cooler than about 74 degrees... as compared to the new system, Rheem, that gets down to 60 degrees at vents with no effort at all. ...additionally, there is noticeably more air volume coming out of the ceiling vents. I'll be glad to note the Kilowatt hours saved over the next three months. and let you know the dollars saved on the electric bill. Thanks again for your help and the fine installation your men have done for me.

My air conditioner is running nicely now and I am really enjoying it!! It really does take the humidity out of the house and so it feels very good inside. I set the date and time and humidity level that the instruction book said to set it on.
I think that first night it took it a while to cool the house down, but it is working great now! I really like it!

I believe I owe this to other customers in mentioning the good work that Penguin air employees do. From the clean trucks to the men in uniform, everyone was very polite and professional. Most impressive as every other company told me 2 days for my installation these guys got it done in one day! We priced around some of the local contractors and their quote to us seemed to be right on for the quality of work and impressive response. We were looking for a company that is there when we call should there be any problems with the system after installation. I would like to mention that before making the decision of purchasing our system from penguin air I must have called stephen about 10 times, and what impressed me most of all is that the phone was answered every time, these people are there to answer calls everyday no question! needless to say we are very impressed and would recommend them to our friends.

Penguin Air is fortunate to have a Technician like Marc... ...He's a genuinely honest, capable man, whom I'm very glad we have had taking care of the service we've needed.
The unit is working very well now with the new motor installed... Let's hope I need no further problems needing resolution..I told Marc "I have his number" 24/7...He;s a good man...
I understand the thermostat use much better now...one question I neglected to ask about the thermostat..
......in the fall season where windows are open to catch some breeze,how should the thermostat "buttons" be set?..
Should the "shut down" be pressed at that time..?
